Vehicle catalogue attribution

ShowCarScan's make, model and variant catalogue is derived from the vehicle-makes-models open dataset, retrieved 16 September 2026.

The catalogue data is provided under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. User accounts, car profiles, photographs and activity records are separate ShowCarScan data and are not sourced from that catalogue.

The catalogue is comprehensive but cannot guarantee every regional, historic, coach-built or special-edition vehicle. Users can select “Other / not listed” and enter their own make, model and variant.
